I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Do you have products that will work for me? How can I find out the ingredients? - We try to have something for everyone! We do have many items that are gluten free, sugar free, nut free, tree nut free, dairy free, vegan, keto, etc. When you browse the website, you can find a picture of the ingredients list for each item when you click on the individual item. If there is an item you are interested in, that is where you can check to see if it something that you can have with your allergy or restriction.
Can I pick up my order? - When you check out, you have the option to change from your order being shipped to local pickup. We are in Clarksville, TN, and you're welcome to pick up if you're here, too. We will send you an email or text message (whichever you provide at checkout) to send you the address and details.
What does *PREORDER* mean? - While we try very hard to keep all items stocked, you may see some items listed as *PREORDER*- this means that we've already ordered the item and it's en route to us. A *PREORDER* item will delay your shipment slightly. We add them to the site, though, so you can get all you want without paying shipping more than once.
How much is shipping? - Shipping is calculated at checkout based on actual USPS rates. USPS rates are based on the weight of your order and the distance it will travel.
When will my order ship? - Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Your order will go out on our next shipping day from the time you place it. The only exception would be if your order contains a *PREORDER* item. Then, your order would be delayed until that item came in, so it can all ship together.
Will my items melt in transit? - We cold ship! When needed, we use insulated mailers and gel cold packs. Your items should arrive just fine. Chocolate may soften, but it should not melt- nothing a short time in the fridge can't fix! While this is not a fail proof method, we have had very few issues with melting in the Summer, and we are happy to take care of the few we may have.
How do you know that I am ordering for someoneโs party? - If you are ordering for a party, your host has a special referral link you can order through. It will automatically be counted toward the party when you order through that link. You can find this link in the party group. If you clicked here from the party group, you are good to go.
